Glencoe can afford these cost savings because it does not broker trips and does not add brokerage fees normally associated with charter. It passes its savings on to the client, usually creating the lowest cost options.

Glencoe was founded by former Netjets executive, Glenn Hinderstein. Specializing in all areas of business aviation, Glenn has completed dozens of aircraft transactions, advises on fractional ownership and jet cards in addition to presiding over Glencoe’s charter business. Before forming Glencoe, Glenn was influential in building Netjets’ West Coast presence. His broad and personal experience in the aviation industry allows Glencoe to find well-planned, sustainable solutions for all client needs.
Vice President, Heather Miller-Saxe brings over 20 years of aviation experience to Glencoe. She began her career in commercial aviation and has held positions in corporate flight departments, aircraft management and advisory companies. She has an in-depth knowledge of flight operations, trip expediting and aviation accounting. Heather oversees all trip management for Glencoe and maintains a long history of client satisfaction and retention.
Jordan joined Glencoe in 2017 after successful stints building US and European-based jet charter brokers. Jordan spearheads Glencoe’s new business development and account management. Prior to aviation, Jordan worked in VIP sales and service for AEG/STAPLES Center and two PGA golf events. Jordan brings a detail-oriented, personalized and transparent approach to every client interaction and proposal.
As the newest member of the team, joining in 2018 - Jessica comes to Glencoe with extensive hospitality experience ranging from boutique hotels to commercial aviation. The past few years, Jessica has developed a passion for flight operations and managing aircraft services.
